Welcome to ETKL & WAKB. These Terms & Conditions govern the professional relationship between the Company and our Clients (Organizations and High-Performing Experts). By engaging our services, you agree to the following framework of execution and governance.

01 — The Integration Model (Our DNA)
We operate as an Integration Partner, not a traditional agency. All work—from Digital Transformation to Talent Empowerment—is executed through our proprietary Six-Stage DNA Methodology: Diagnose, Design, Develop, Launch, Optimize, and Scale. Our commitment is to “Active Execution,” moving beyond consultation to tangible implementation.

02 — Professional AI-Integrated Workflows
Platform Independence: ETKL & WAKB is not liable for fluctuations in performance, rankings, or reach caused by third-party algorithm changes (e.g., Google Search updates, Social Media shifts, or external AI model deprecations).

03 — Specialized Service Provisions
To provide Structural Confidence, the following protections apply to our core service clusters:
Media & Creative (Photo, Video, Drones, Branding, PR): Clients are responsible for securing all necessary site permits, model releases, and legal access for production. The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, restricted airspace, or site-access denials.
Technology & Web (IT Solutions, Web Dev, Digital Transformation): The Client must provide necessary “Ground-Level Access” to internal systems and data. The Company is not liable for data loss or downtime arising from the Client’s legacy hardware, third-party hosting failures, or pre-existing software conflicts.
Growth & Intelligence (Lead Gen, Market Research, Outreach): We guarantee the professional execution of the strategic outreach process. Final sales conversion rates are the responsibility of the Client’s internal sales team and are subject to market variables.
Operations (Administrative & Logistics Support): While we manage the complexity of your operations, the Company is not liable for third-party supply chain delays, shipping carrier failures, or external regulatory changes impacting logistics.

04 — Intellectual Property (IP)
Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns the final “Work Product” (e.g., the finished Website, Media assets, or Brand Strategy…etc).
Company Ownership: ETKL & WAKB retains all rights to its proprietary AI prompts, structural frameworks, and the Six-Stage DNA Methodology used to produce the work.

05 — Confidentiality & Trust
Trust is our essential infrastructure. We maintain a strict non-disclosure policy for all proprietary corporate data (B2B) and personal positioning strategies (Individual Talent). This obligation survives the completion or termination of any project.

06 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question during the three (3) months preceding the claim. We provide structural stability, not an absolute guarantee against global market volatility.
